Great Management
The managers at Monument are great. They have bent over backwards to help us get caught up with our bill. Not auction hungry like other places.

Anyone dealing with this storage facility will realize they are not dealing with a big corporation but rather a mom and pop type place. Stop in and you will see.

Best rates in the Ft. Caroline area
I have rented before but I can't find a better price or friendly people. What I liked most is that pople only have access everyday from 6AM to 10 PM. Makes me feel more secure.

Great Place to rent Clean and Friendly Staff
My family has been renting a unit since Feb 08. The facility has just completed a total renovation and is very clean and safe. The management has been very helpful during these trying times. Rich has worked with me when I fell behind on my rent. I recommend to those in the military they do take care of us with a monthly discount.

Great rates
I did not think they would really give me a cheaper rate, that a competitor had. They really did. I also got a Free lock because of using their auto-charge. Very nice people manage the place. I recommend. Can't beat the price with the offer they give.

this storage facility is VERY nice and quite large. they offer eight various sizes of storage units that are non-climate controlled and also 3 different climate cotrolled sizes of units as well. the prices range from around $30.00 per unit all the way ...
