Mortgage Assistance Group - AZ Stop Foreclosure Loan Modification Laws

My name is Hoby Stolla (Nebi Stolla's son) this is to let everyone know what mortgage assistance group has done for me. This company told me up front what it would take for me to get my loan modification and I wasnt sure if they would help. I did everything they told me and I ended up getting a 40% reduction in my payments. I afraid but I knew they would see me through no matter what. I got modified and now I can rest easily and keep my home. We came to Mortgage Assistance Group because my sister told me that we could get help from then. We came to there office and filled out paper work, and they promise they could help us. We were ready to short sale our home and that's one thing we didn't want to do. But at the end they came through for us, we are very pleased with their service. They lowered our payment by 60% I recommend this company to ANYONE.

I had an initial interest rate of almost 8%, that's why I went to a modification company. I was struggling with my monthly payment. Thanks to Mortgage Assistance Group, Mr. Stan Allotey reduced my interest rate to 2.75% and also helped one of my coworkers. This has been such a big relief. Thank You

Every time I called I didn't have any problems getting a back a call. They helped me a lot and every time I needed them they were there for me and my father. We felt that everything that was explained to us we did to the tee and we got helped. I was afraid at first not knowing the company would help me because I heard a lot of scam people in this industry. I trusted them with my home and even when I had a foreclosure date I knew they would come through for me. My family is happy that they were able to get my modification that we deserve and trust this company with our lives. Thank you MAG for everything. I was surprised to see negative things on this company when I looked them up. When I started with them in early February 2010 they had an A with the BBB. I called and asked about the rating after this post and they told me that they had some past employees that were hell bent on damaging their image. Well I was with them for almost 8 months before I got my modification which was reduced down to 2% for 5 years. I was getting jerked around by B of A for 3 months before I hired these guys. I was actually referred by another guy who had similar results. They are a good company, but I will admit it took a long time. I had a couple customer service issues, but they explained it was hard to field all the incoming calls from their hundreds of clients. In the end I got my home saved that I bought for my wife 5 years ago, which saved my marriage I think. All in all they are good people and I am grateful for their help.

Paid for Mortgage Assistance (MAG) on Black Canyon Hwy in Phoenix to negotiate a lower rate w/my lien holder. Also paid an add'l fee to have my 2nd negotiated. I received the new rate from my lien holder. When I inquired as to the 2nd negotiation, no one at MAG would return my calls. I would get emails stating they did the 1st mortgage. After 8 months of waiting for information on the 2nd and getting nowhere, I req'd a refund for the 2nd negotiation. I was told the contract I signed refuses any refund when they do a job. I was told I received a discounted rate and wasn't entitled to any refund. My 2nd mortgage company sent me to their attorney for non-compliance. MAG failed to enter into any netgotiations or contact follow up with my 2nd, but demanded full payment from me up front before pursuing services requested. Unless you want to pay for nothing, take your business elsewhere.

I've been in the foreclosure industry for over five years.These guys really live up to their BBB rating, which should get moved up to an A PLUS! First of all the staff is honest, upfront and ethical and each of them are polite and very knowlegeable with respect to the mortgage industry and specifically loan modifications. I contacted them in February of this year after suffering a back injury and getting behind on my mortgage. I recieved a loan modification in am completely satisfied with the results. They even put me on a payment plan so that my I didn't have to pay all of the service fee upfront. I have recommended all the homeowners in my neighborhood to them so they can save their homes as well. Thanks Mortgage Assistance Group! Paul Phoenix, AZ
