We offer space by the year or the hour for health care professionals and movement artists. Our 1,300 sq ft movement studio is a beautiful sanctuary in historic Ballard, street-front to the wonderful year round farmer's market. Our treatment rooms are safe and tranquil with high ceilings and great energy. Motion and Rest is a new incarnation of The Moving Space, still holding space and creating good energy in historic Ballard since 1998. Current classes and workshops in the studio: ELLA Yoga with Andrea Thein Forrest, Prenatal and AcroYoga with Jillia and Angelina Baumgardner General Yoga and Gentle Yoga with Catherine Englehart, DC Bollywood Dance with Mollie, Mollie Singh Dance for Children, jazz and ballet with Darrah Blanton Traditional Dances of the East with Helene Eriksen Qigong with the International School of Healing Qigong, Master Liu He and Dr Liu Dong, instructors.
