The service here at the store is awesome. Everyone is willing to help you find exactly what you need without pressuring you like they would at a Zumiez store. The prices ARE cheap since thay are located in an outlet mall and I found current season items for snowboarding at cheaper prices than online which usually sells older merchandise. Thank you

The owner/manager of the store is probably one of the rudest people I've ever seen working in retail. Some people are just naturally made for selling, but this lady was argumentative and irritable; not a good combination for retail. The stuff is OK, but the prices are full retail. Better to find something you like in the store, then go online to find it cheaper. I did that, and saved $85 on snowboard boots.
