I know they do good work but really they have had our order since the beginning of November and still waiting. always get the same answers every time ect. and driving to Jefferson isn't like a few miles for use when you live in southeast Iowa.

We ordered a vest at the state fair "expect 4 weeks till delivery" Ok, call 1 month later "oh, sorry that item isn't made in that size. We will let you order somthing else and send it out to you so you can try it on and then embroider it" Another month later, nothing. Called again- owner Todd "Oh, you haven't gotten it yet? It's come in, I will check into it and call you back in about 15 min" Haven't heard from him since. I have called multiple times and spoken to multiple people and get "I will check into it and call you back." "I will call Todd and have him call you." ect..ect..ect. I have never gotten a return call. Called again last week, talked to Cliff? "I am so sorry, they have been farming and very busy. I will make sure he calls you." 1 wk later, no call. I call again, ask for Todd, NO TODD! I tell Cliff, have him call me, I want my money back! Lets see if I ever get a phone call. Should have known, they screwed up my order last year also thought it was a fluke

My sister and I ordered 2 coats from them at a show in July, they charged our credit card at the time of purchase in July yet we didn't receive our coats until January! Muir Embroidery never made an effort to contact us and let us know the reason for the delay. After 3 months I emailed them to find out what was going on. I was told they were waiting on the coat company to ship them the coats, which understandable. Then I was asked if I would like to switch the coat style to something in stock and I said I did then they never got back to me! For the next 2 months they wouldn't answer my phone calls or return my emails (yet they had charged our credit card, and this was 5 months later and no product!!). FINALLY around the end of December we got our coats. I would have appreciated a simple phone call or email to keep us updated. And after all of this, no discount or apology!? I'll take my business elsewhere. Once we received the coats I loved them, but what a head ache!

We've had nothing but great results working with Muir Embroidery. We've had awesome embroidery on coats and shirts, and they are very flexible. They can create nearly anything.
