My Place Restaurant

I live close to "My Place", and go there for the laid back atmosphere, and great food. The review that says they were thrown out, I've seen these ladies put up with alot and doubt the management would throw anyone out for no reason. You must try the Artichoke Dip...it's full of artichokes and you won't want to share it's so good. The Reuban and Cuban sandwiches are delicious. I try something bew every sooften and still haven't had anything I didn't like. If you want a "resturant" setting go in the regular seating...if you want laid back, eat in the back.

My Place provides some great entertainment, but also has terrible managment. I had a disagreement with a female bartender on duty a few weeks ago over the outdoor seating at the bar area. Some guy had left his seat, but had left his bottle beer on the counter where he was sitting. There were no other seats available. I waited a good fifteen minutes to see if he would come back before taking his seat. The barmaid told me that I would have to leave my seat if he returned. This guy is apparently a regular and could have left his seat for an hour or more and it would have been ok. I was then approached by the manager who asked me to leave (as according to him), I had upset the barmaid by swearing at her. This was a complete LIE. The manager was not interested in hearing my side of the story. I've lived in Florida for over 30 years, been to hundreds of Sports Bars and have never been treated so poorly. I will never frequent My Place again and I would advise anyone else to stay away as well.

This is a great place to have a consistantly good time..food wise try the reuban it is great.. hope to see ya again this new years eve

Mediocre food and service at best but the stinch of the garbage bins just behind the outdoor dining area is an unacceptable oversite. Piss poor planning by owner(s)/management. The only way I'd eat here again is with a gas mask on my face, and that's one tough task......

WE always have a nice time at My Place. When visitors come down from up North, this is where we take them for good food and a good time. My Place is where we eat at least 2 times a week
