DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! The Salesman who we met with was "sketchy" at best..and drunk. We were told that the company does require that customers pay cash for services BEFORE any work is done. The installers that they use are not licensed or insured..we checked with several sources. Also, a former employee told us that many of thier contractors are not legal US Citizens. They have a Customer Service employee whose sole responsibility is to attend small claims cases that customers have brought against them!! Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

This company is nothing but a bunch of liars and crooks. It took over 72 hours to get my kitchen floor installed after being told on the tv it would be done in 24 hours. I requested someone who spoke English doing my kitchen AFTER they sent someone who spoke not a WORD of English for two other rooms in my house. I did NOT get someone who spoke English and he was nice, but very very difficult to work with. It was a job for two people and they sent one and it was only two days before Thanksgiving and I had a houseful coming the next morning for the day. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I now have a buckle in the floor in my kitchen and it is less than a year and no one is responding to my emails whatsoever. Sooo SAVE your money and your time by NOT using them and find a local reputable company to do this work for you. This company is the WORST EVER! LIARS and CROOKS!

Do not deal with NFD, they are fraud. Most likely you will not get what you paid for. The use the cheapest carpets and hard wood. I ordered carpet and hard wood to be installed in my house. They came with wrong material 3 times, and when i tried to cancel order the would not give me my money back. The worst company to do business with

Without going into major detail I will tell you that this company is nothing but a bunch of liars and thieves. they installed 1000 SF of the wrong color carpet. I was at work, my boyfriend met them and checked the paperwork which was correct, but these morons mislabled the carpet at their facility under their own admission. I come home from work and it's too late to call. It's now been 6 months and they are blaming us for not catching their mistake. We are getting ready to file a lawsuit, hence I am not leaving my name. Save yourself the time and the headache - any penny you save is wasted money with this company.

three guys show up at my home none of them can speak english one smelled like booze and looked to be 14 the van left a big oil puddle in my drive way they where unlicenced unisured or bonded ..............you have to be kidding me................

I am giving National Floors Direct 1 star, because I can not give them a zero. Quite possibly the worst company in any industry that I have ever dealt with. The salesman was sketchy. The price wasn't that great especially compared to Home Depot or Lowe's. The quallity of the material was way below industry standard... very cheap... The installation was a nightmare, and when speaking with the sales manager in CT and in MA... and the installation supervisor in CT, all I got was the runaround, and they even swore at me on the phone. The installers could not produce a license, as required in CT... the installers spoke only Spanish, made lurid remarks about my two teenage daughters, and stared and stared at them to the point where I had to throw the installers out. I wish I went with my gut,before I called these horrible people. BEWARE!!!

I have been waiting for over 4 months for my carpet to be installed. I originally set up the install for the next weekend, they cancelled "carpet was damaged". I rescheduled for the following weekend. They never showed. I called "They said they sent to crew to the wrong house, never bothered to call me. For the next 2 months continued to avoid my calls and complaints. I have sent them letters, filed complaints with the BBB and the attorney general. Tried cancelling my payment, all futile. National Floors Direct finally showed up one day at my house, and began working, 1 hours later, they told me they ran out of carpet and they would be back the follwoing day. They never returned. It has been 4 months. I have spoken with everyone in the company they are all pricks, do not live up to there word, and try to screw the customer. STAY AWAY!! do not be fooled by there prices....lack quality

This is absolutely the very worst company I have ever dealth with. I was prompted to use this company as they are advertised to be the providers for the Red Sox. I needed to get carpet installed before having furniture delivered. I ordered onTuesday and was to have it installed on Thursday. Thursday came, no carpet, the installer called at 7:45 in the evening and said he was having trouble with an installation. Friday came and no carpet, I was promised to be installed first one on Saturday and waited all day, NO CARPET. Again, the installer called he was having a problem with the seams. I was suppose to be the very first one to be installed as was told to me by Charles (who is suppose to be in charge). Needless to say, I cancelled the order. I went to Kent's Carpetland in Hyannis on Monday, picked out carpeting, had it installed on Tuesday, it was cheaper, they did a fantastic job, cleaned up after themselves and were there when they said they would be and were professional.

My experience was great! The price on the carpet was way less than all my other estimates, with out them seeing the other estimates. The installers came the next day, were quick clean and did a fine job. I would recomend them to anyone looking for a great deal.
