I am wrting n this space because I wrote in Merchant Circle and could not get it togo through to you because I do not remember my password. I desperately trying to find my loan so that I can have a faxed copy to me (541-774-5540) to give to my bank. They want the letter to inform them that my applying for a line of credit for house repairs will not have any effect on the loan I have with you. To better help you find my account, I lived in Davis, CA when I took out my consolidatioin loan. I hope that you can help me. If I have the right place I would appreciate it if you could fax the letter tomorrow, Monday, January 11, 2010. Thank you for your help.

When we signed up to use this service we were told that our deposit would be used to make our last payment, and that our account would not be drafted. When that did not happen as expected, although we mailed in the certificate as agreed on time, we were told that they would need to review the account and that we would receive the deposit within 90 days. After 90 days, when nothing happened, we were then told that it would take 5 months to get our deposit back. We have never received our deposit. Anyone using this "service" needs to be aware that once they get your money, you will never see it again.
