Nationwide Relocation is full of cheaters, blackmailers, and dishonest people. The more you will talk to their supervisors. You will find you are talking with a more professional liar. In the team of these criminals. They will laugh on your helplessness. Initially these agents will talk to you so respectfully and then when the moving time will come, you will be doubtful if you dialed the same number. They blackmailed me at the last moment by increasing the price 33% even before coming. These are agents. They never had the mover but keep blackmailing by stating if you want a mover, agree to more money, if not , your deposit will go away. I am impressed by the fact that, these criminals are still in the business, even cheating hundreds of consumers. Every review is 100% correct. I am cheated by Nationwide relocation Services. They kept my deposit of $715.46 and did not give me services. They asked me more money on the last moment when I refused to pay more money.

This is not a good company to do business with. They quoted me one price and the 5 days before the move added an additional $1000.00 to the price of the move by "re-evaluating" how much weight i was shipping. When i complained, they told my my furniture wasen't considered "standard" and thus didn't warrant being blanket wrapped properly or disassembled (it can all be easily disassembled -- from ikea). I notified them i was contacting the BBB and attorney general and their manager offered me 10% of my deposit not to do so. this $140.00 "refund" was not at all close to the amount of damage done to my goods by this company and its contracted partner. WARNING - Do not do buisness with this company

I recently moved from Ft lauderdale Florida to Long Beach california and i must say the experience was unexpected. I received a call from Steve Eagle over at Nationwide who took inventory of what i was moving and gave me a price over the phone. I ended up going into the office to sign my paper work and i must say its not what i expected, it was a nice office building (very professional). My final balance was also less than what was quoted. thank you guys very much.

I just want to say Thank you to liza my sales rep. at nationwide relocation for helping us with our move. We moved from New York to Fort Lauderdale last month and they did a good job by me and my family. With three children and a husband is ain't easy when moving, but nationwide did good. My pick up and deliver was on time like clock work. I thought they would be late thinking about the weather and just after the holidays, but they surprised me. Marvelous thanks in a million.

If you want to pay more than you are quoted, choose Nationwide. I paid over $400 more for extra packing that actually proved not to protect my possessions. Once they have your furniture and your down payment, you are literally at their mercy. Also, do not expect customer service to return a call; they have a special knack for avoiding pesky customers. Once the nightmare was over and my furniture was finally delivered, this is what I got for my money: a broken and busted coffee table, a kitchen table cracked in the middle, a cracked headboard, an end table literally in pieces, a formerly sturdy 250 lb. solid wood TV stand cracked in the center, cracked lamps, lostst lamp pieces, and almost every piece of furniture was gauged and scraped. In fact, when ABLE Moving, the company Nationwide contracted based out of Chicago, brought my bed in, they lost the screws and could not put together the bed. I am still finding damage from this move. Please do your research on moving companies. Jim W

My move with Nationwide Relocation services was less than satisfactory. The moving specialist assigned to our move grossly under estimated the weight in our house which lead to us having to pay 3 times the amount initially promised. When the contractor hired to do our move arrived, they took longer than promised, did not carefully pack any breakables, and blatantly lied about not being able to communicate with us. Our moving specialist was rude on the phone when we tried to resolve all of our matters, and nothing has been settled except that the movers got more money than they should have. Julian Jamarillo, our moving specialist, needs to be investigated for his telephone behavior. He laughed in my ear, spoke to me disrespectfully, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, he told me he was "his own boss who" makes "his own hours". I do not appreciate this treatement from my 5 year old, nor any person who refers to themselves as a professional.
