Joseph is excellent! Don't waste your time calling any other carpet cleaning companies. This company only offers organic, green carpet cleaning for a great price. No upselling or bait and switch with Joseph. He does a great job and stands by it. I have had my carpets for over 13 years and thought I was going to have to replace my entire house. Nature's Touch made my carpets look like new! I also had my tile floors cleaned. They have never looked better. They look brand new. My husband (and ladies we all know our husbands don't notice anything) could not believe the difference in our tile. I thought my grout was dark gray, almost black. No, it was actually light gray. Over the years you don't notice how dirty they get. It is so worth the extra money to get your tile floors cleaned as well as the carpets. Having Joseph clean our carpets for the first time I can not give a higher recommendation. We had our carpets cleaned last summer by the 'big name' steamer company and were not pleased with either the bill or the results. Joseph's services exceeded all of my expectations; his professionalism, courtesy, patience and meticulousness set him far above his competitors. Joseph was very professional, on time, upfront about the price, no hidden charges, etc. I was very happy with the work and he did it pretty quickly. I recommend his services to anyone. Joseph was also very helpful about giving free advice on how to clean, seal and maintain my tile floors and shower myself - even though he only did the carpet in 3 bedrooms.
