I was very nervous going into New Directions. I have never sought help before for my Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. When I called to make an appointment they were so nice and very helpful that eased my stress a little. Then when I went for my appointment they greeted me like they knew me already. The therapist was so kind and made me feel comfortable. I am positive they will help anyone in anyway they can and that my therapy will be a success!
