New Era Natural Pest Control

Monty was great. Came to the house on time (I was actually late) he waited for me. I showed him the problems and he got right to work. He explained why they were there and what to expect over the next couple of days. He was right, the ants are still coming out of the place, but they are coming out and dying and I am not seeing as many as before. I was really happy with the service, Monty was very friendly and took the time to talk to my wife and I, and was not in a hurry to get in and out, he took the time to make sure we were happy with the service. Good people are hard to find in Miami, but he is one of them.

I was looking for a way to eliminate the Flea and tick problem in my house due to a stray that my sister took-in. I called Monty and he was extremely friendly and helpful in explaining what I needed to do and was very thorough with the first spray and inspection. I had a bad roach problem after buying a used television. My kitchen became engulfed and after I was finally fed up with my "new friends", I called New Era. They came out ASAP and not only got rid of my problem but gave great advice on how to avoid attracting these pests (besides not buying a used tv lol). I rented out my house & when the tenants left, they forgot to take many little friends with them. The house was infested with ticks, fleas, roaches, spiders & weird worm like millipedes. I called New Era to get a quote & I was treated very professionally. The crew were very knowledgeable & left me confident enough to hire their services. The crew came on time, were quite thorough & polite, treating areas I never would have thought of! Suffice to say the living bugs were gone within 48 Hrs. In addition, due to the lack of harmful residues in their all natural system, I was able to move my elderly parents in with no aftereffects whatsoever. Living in Coconut Grove presents a big bug problem. We've had a problem with roaches, spiders, ants, and worms. New Era was nothing short of enthusiastic and insightful about coming out to fix the problem today!

I was reffered to new era by a friend and I could not be happier, I had a very tough flea infestation in my apartment when I move in. try others and the problem would come back, finally call new era and they were very knowlageble in the flea cycle and explain it to me also. well to make it short they got ride of the fleas and i have not seen one after a month and my dog is very happy. great prices too, very profesional and they come when they say and dont keep you waiting..they are one of the best.
