New York Movers Movers

I used Remarkable Movers to move from the West Village to the Upper East Side. New York Movers Movers packed my entire apartment the day before the move, and I didn't have to lift a finger. I bought the moving materials (boxes, etc) straight from New York Movers Movers , and they were cheaper than the boxes at Staples and Mailboxes Etc. The movers were super nice and treated my things with extreme care. All our wedding gifts and china were packed perfectly, and not a single item got chipped, scratched or dented. The movers were on time and courteous, and they didn't bat an eye when the doormen at my old bldg gave them a hard time about the times they could use the service elevator and where they could park. I've moved within NYC twice before. One company was so expensive-- total rip-off, and the other destroyed so many of my things. This was such a perfect moving experience that I had to write a review. I never do this. Use New York Movers Movers . You won't be sorry!!

We had a great experience with New York Movers Movers ! We had an "internal" move -- we called New York Movers Movers to pack and move furniture and personal items within our house in anticipation of work being done in one area. New York Movers Movers came on short notice and saved the day. The sales staff was courteous and professional, as were the movers themselves. They did an excellent job of packing carefully and quickly, and grasping exactly what needed to be done (which was complicated due to the nature of our move). We have moved with many companies before, but New York Movers Movers was the BEST!!! We'll stick with them, and certainly will recommend them to all of our friends.

I move a lot, and I have had awful experiences with both local and nationally recognized companies, who often charge thousands of dollars in frivolous surcharges and make threats when you don't pay them in cash on the spot. It's a dirty business, full of crooks. That's when I reached out to New York Movers Movers.

My girlfriend was moving into Brooklyn from the Upper West Side and we had to do it last min, we called New York Movers Movers , spoke with Jon. He was easy to deal with, explained how the day would transpire, gave me a through estimate, and explained payment options, made it very easy for us. The guys showed up on time, Mario, the supervisor, was friendly and informative, and the crew were friendly and respectful. The did an outstanding job wrapping and caring for my g-friends items, no drama or surprises, which in the world of moving is a shock. The estimate was right on, cost were what Jon said I should expect, they were great with my building, no problems...next move it will be with New York Movers Movers.....

New York Movers Movers were great for me. They were clear about all that needed to be done on my part and what they would do on theirs. I liked that the estimate, pricing and explanation and most importantly, the move was quickly done. I particulary liked how thorough Jon was. I would recommend MM - they eliminate the worry and stress of moving.

I recently used these movers (for the 2nd time, actually) and they were once again, Wonderful! They were on time (early, even) and were polite, quick, careful and had excellent attitudes (especially for 9:00am on Sunday morning). Setting up the moving date/times and other details was also an extremely easy going and pleasant experience. They were reasonably priced and efficient. I will be using the company again soon for more moving out of storage. Excellent!

I would like to commend your crew for the local move they did for me Friday morning. The crew chief displayed the utmost professionalism, from his reservation confirmation calls to his management and oversight in loading the truck and positioning the furniture and boxes during delivery. The crew was also friendly, courteous and helpful.

These guys were great. Everything was done neatly and quickly and with a lot of care. I had a sofa that almost did not fit through the stairway of my new place, but they didn't give up until they figured out a way to get it in - that required taking off the leg and rebuilding the sofa. The bonus is that the team is friendly and fun

What better testimony than the fact that I keep coming back. They are efficient and very considerate of the fact that you are getting charged by the hour. They are very careful with all of your stuff (and your walls and floors).
Almost nothing has gone wrong with any of the moves, but things are bound to go wrong once in a while. That was even more impressive. There was a small problem with my roommate's television that we did not discover until weeks after the move, but we were pretty sure it happened during the move. When I called them up, they remembered me, arranged a time to pick up the television (as soon as the same day). After they picked it up, they returned it within a couple of hours fully repaired! Have you ever heard of such a thing from a moving company?

We've moved 9 times in 7 years, including one international move and we'd rate these guys as high as the national movers, if not more. They were extremely careful with our belongings, had the right balance of doing things quickly vs. doing it right, and were also mindful of the surroundings (e.g. not dinging walls, keeping carpets/floors clean, etc). And the bill came out to be less than we anticipated because they didn't charge outrage prices for supplies. They even let us use their wardrobes free of charge!

all through this whole madness of moving, I though that I would forget something behind, that the workers would skip a box or some thing.
It was nothing like that, even though they did a really fast jod, they were so organized and neat, that I trusted them right away.

Ok so we all know that moving is not a fun time. But the three guys I got from New York Movers Movers did a great job. They worked hard and moved quickly while being careful with all of my stuff. THe cutomer service was outstanding. Would recommend if you want an easier move.

we have these guys to move our furniture from Brooklyn to Forest Hills in Queens. From start to finish, our moving experience with this company was very easy. Every facet of the move was impeccably handled with ability, competence, and incredibly hard work (Our new apartment is a 4th floor walk-up.) They provided free extra boxes and tape when we ran out, helped to pack what we hadn't finished before they arrived, and dismantled and reassembled several pieces of furniture handling any problem with grace and professionalism. Their service has been friendly, courteous and always on time. They have accommodated special needs like multiple location pick up and delivery with never a complaint. The most recent time they couldn't get the truck past a tree blocking the driveway so they went away, packed our stuff onto a smaller truck and came back the same day and delivered our stuff. No questions asked. We will use them again for our next move for sure.

We moved from Fort Lee to Miami, FL and decided to hire this company. We were given a start window of 8-9am, and they arrived at 8am sharp. Before I knew it, all of the furniture was packed! The team (4 members in total) worked non-stop and were extremely quick yet ensured that every piece of furniture was fully protected. My last moving experience was not at all great. I have never seen harder, more diligent movers. All of them were also very pleasant and had no problems with my numerous special requests. The overall move took less time than my expectation and we received our stuff in FL on the 5th day. The price was very fair - there was no hidden extra, and the rates for additional materials was much less than we expected. Overall, this was a good move!

Moving is never a fun... except with New York Movers Movers ! They made the entire process pain free and fast. Very prepared and ready to do the job... even though I did my own packing they came prepared with a few extra "last minute" boxes- very handy when you get down to those last little bits without a box to spare! Super great crew, Walter, Kirill and Ken, all helped make my move super smooth. They were very energetic and truly happy to help! What a pleasure! I highly recommend them!

Customer Service extraordinaire! New York Movers Movers moved our furniture and our client's furniture without a bit of trouble despite large and heavy pieces, minimal elevator and dock space, and did it on time and under budget. They stayed until the job was done without complaint and despite having to stay quite late. They pack a truck like no company I've used before, optimizing space while safely loading and protecting our goods. Do give them a chance, you won't be disappointed. When I move my home next year, they will be doing it!

The movers that packed my belongings to be shipped did a very good job. I was impressed with the way items were wrapped and packed carefully. I feel certain my things will arrive in the same condition at my new residence. moved my business and family to New York last month through New York Movers Movers and they were thorough and professional throughout the entire moving process. It was a pleasure speaking with Jeremy and the moving crew was incredibly detailed with everything they did. At our origin there was our main residence to be moved and also our office which consisted of 10 cubicles, 12 desks, computer systems, telephones, fax equiptment etc...... These guys came in, packed everything, protected everything and moved it all in 2 days onto the truck. Our move took up most of the 53 foot semi truck so they said it would be a pretty quick delivery and that it was. 4 days from picking up to arriving in Manhattan to our new home and office space. Really could'nt be happier with the movers and all of my transactions with New York Movers Movers.

found this moving company on Craigslist and was worried because a lot of the ads were from guys who obviously werent real movers. These guys seemed like they knew what they were doing. I checked out their website and called them. From the moment their secretary answered the phone to the last box was unloaded they took great care of me and my furniture. I will definitely use them iff I ever move again.

I have had many moves over the years and New York Movers Movers is by far the best company I have ever dealt with. NY Movers – Remarkable Movers did a great job from start to finish. They showed up on time, and got right to work. The movers were dressed professionally, and they did great work. Nothing was damaged or broken and in the end we ended up being happy that we hired them. Considering all of the moving experiences that we have had this was definitely one of the better encounters. They were not the lowest priced, but they did have a good price and the work was professional and reliable so in my opinion it made everything completely worth it. Great Move!
I recently moved from one part of the city to the opposite side of the city and had a great experience with New York Movers Movers. The moved was scheduled for 9:00am; they arrived at 8:30am. And it was kind of funny because they literally rolled out the red carpet. I told them it wasn't necessary and but the movers insisted. Everything was properly wrapped and secured. The movers were very courteous and fun to work with. I will definitely use them again when I move in February and I have referred them to top executives moving to the New York City area.

New York Movers Movers was excellent from the first box that was put on the truck to the last box that was taken off. I was amazed at how fast the 5 guys worked and they kept up their pace all day. We had 2 trucks and moved New York City to New Jersey on a Friday afternoon in rush hour traffic. They still completed the job in less than 10 hours. I give them 5 stars. Great Movers

I apologize for not writing earlier. I used your company on May 24th to move. I called to let your company know how satisfied I was with your team, but I forgot to send an email. The team you sent me (Mike - James & Ron ) called to let me know they were on there way, arrived close to the time you said, got to work quickly, was professional, and moved my belongings with care. I could not have asked for a better team to move my apartment. If I move anytime in the future I would want them to move me again.
