Nickel Auto Group

I bought a car from them in 07 and so far have sunk in about 2500 dollars just to keep it running! I am a single mother that struggles to get by and these guys won't even look at it or refer me to anyone. I tried to trade it in, but was told flat out they wont take it unless I fix everything first. ALSO! They demand that I give them 750 a year from my taxes! What! I even looked over my aggremeent and it has nothing in there that says I have to or signed I do! Scammers people! Plus they need my tax papers even if I don't fill with them! Dont do it! MORE trouble than worth

We swap vehicles reg. and my deaf mother in law is looking for a new Chevy pickup, They have about 3 in the year she wants for body style but they wont give a price. Thats right they wont tell us how much they want for there vehicles. We are cash buyers only especially since we are looking at trucks ranging from 3-5 grand. The sales guy just kept telling us he has 7 finance companies to work with and he can garantee us to take it home with payments. Which in laman terms means they want to run your credit and get you for all you can afford.

we have bought 3 cars from nickle auto group they have always shown respect and gone above and beyond the call of duty . We would recommend them to anyone that was looking for a used vehicle.Their customer service has always been great. we have no complaints regarding nickle auto group. In fact if not for their great customer service we could be without a running vehicle they do care about their customers

I've heard bad things, but beyond getting robbed on monthly payments; they're not too bad. the overall price [interest included] was not bad, the truck still runs good, and they've been really lenient with me and my almost consistently late payments.

They don't even deserve one star. I even worked with the manager's, Ken Miotke, wife. They knew what a bind my husband and I were in and they COMPLETELY took advantage of us. No one should buy a car from them. We plan to write a letter to the editor in the Missoulian. Unless you want to get screwed, don't buy a vehicle from them.

Alright guys....of the reviews I have read, NO one has anything good to say about Nickel Auto Group...myself included. I purchased a vehicle from them ONE MONTH ago. Since then, this car has given me nothing but problems! Maybe if we could get more people to voice what's going on with their cars (assuming most reviews are bad), we could possibly rally together and do something about it. I got a car from nickel & been trying to get a hold of the top guy...Not the ones who think there top but the one who started nickel...I use in this you dont bite the hand that feeds you...Iv said a few other things but less I find the top guy I wont buy another rig from you..

nickle auto group is one of the biggest mistiakes i have ever made. first of all, they have invaded my privacy by installing a past time in my vehicle, and at this point, i cannot drive my car because they have pragrammed it so that i a cant start my vehicle. i have made my monthly payments and entered in the code they gave me several times. i have not been able to reach them over hte phone for a couple days. im almost to the point of trashing my car, giving it back to them, and counting it at a loss on my credit.everyone that we have dealt with at nickel auto has been extremely rude and unprofessional. when we were talking to people about buying a car with them, the man that was helping us had clearly been drinking. then, when we went into his office, he had beer hidden under his desk that my baby had found, and had taken a drink of.
