Nolan Swanson Inspections, LLC was referred to me by another Realtor. As a Realtor I Only refer quality licensed home inspectors to my clients. Several of my clients have chosen Nolan Swanson for their home inspections which I personally have attended with my clients. I have receved a report perform by Mr Swanson on a home that is for sale. The cilant he was employed by wantd out of the contrat so Mr. Swanson over did the inspection. Pointing out item that where found and calling them saftey and or major defects. A .75 cent repair was done on an item that Mr. Swanson call a major and or saftey deffect. I would save my money and never give this guy a chance to put it into his pocket!

Mr. Swanson handled every point of the inspection in detail, and easily explained any and all procedures. He handled the job efficiently without cutting any corners. He was very prompt in getting his report to me, and it was very complete and concise. I would highly recommend his services and will definitely use him for any future inspections.
