I HAD A WONDERFUL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AT NRO TODAY. AS SOON AS I WALKED IN THE DOOR I SAW A BUNCH OF LADIES SAYING HELLO WITH SMILING FACES. EACH OF THE LADIES ASKED IF I NEEDED ANY HELP. I LOVE HOW THE STORE LOOKS IT'S VERY NEAT AND ORGANIZED I CAN FIND STUFF A LITTLE EASIER THAN BEFORE. I'M VERY IMPRESSED BY EVERYTHING ABOUT THE STORE.

Every time I come in the store which is like every day I see smiling face and very friendly people. I especially enjoy seeing Kash's friendly face. Kash is always so helpful and gives out plenty of good tips and advice. Kash is not afraid to approach anyone and she always has a positive attitude. I think having her working for you is an asset to the company. I'll be very disappointed the day that she leaves the company. I hope you that other people have a good experience like I do when I go shopping.

I CAME INTO THE STORE A MONTH OR TWO AGO TO BUY A STETSON HAT AND YOU GUYS DID NOT CARRY THE HAT. NONE OF THE PLACES HERE IN TOWN CARRY THAT HAT LET ALONE ANYWHERE IN CA . A FEW OF THE GIRLS IN THE STORE WERE HELPING ME ORIGINALLY BUT AMANDA WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP ME GET MY HAT. SHE TOOK DOWN MY NUMBER BEFORE I LEFT.SHE WENT WAY OUT OF HER WAY TO CALL THE STETSON COMPANY AND COME TO FIND OUT THE HAT HAD BEEN DISCONTINUED BUT SHE FOUND A PLACE THAT WAS CARRYING THE LAST OF THE HATS LOCATED OUT IN OREGON. I WAS ABLE TO GET MY HAT SENT OUT TO ME WITH IN A MATTER OF COUPLE DAYS. I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO COME INTO THE STORE AND THANK AMANDA FOR TRACKING THE HAT DOWN FOR ME. YOU GUYS ARE REALLY FORTUNATE TO HAVE A REALLY HARDWORKING AND VERY HELPFUL EMPLOYEE. I'M WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY VISIT. THANK YOU.

I had one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had at NRO today. I was so impressed with a very knowledgable, intellegent and respectful employee by the name of Karen who assisted me from picking out a cinch for my western saddle to a dressage saddle and tack to go with it . She assisted up to my purchase and honoring my wish to make sure the entire number of my credit card was removed from the merchant copy of purchases with the exception of the last 4 numbers of the account. Karen cheerfully, and obviously caring about customer service pursued the issue and got it taken care of for me. I spent a large sum of money today and feel like I got my money's worth with good products and excellent service provided by Karen. Sincerely, Donell Jansen Horse enthusiast on my own time.
