In August of this year I drove to Anchorage from Palmer (40 miles) after being assured that an item I needed was in stock. Upon arriving I was told that there had been a mistake and that the item was out of stock. The clerk was apologetic and insisted on having my address saying that when the item came in she would ship it to me at no cost. I honestly never thought I would hear from them again. In October,to my surprise and delight I received a call telling me that the item was in. I did receive the item at no cost. I can't speak highly enough for the integrity of this business. I love this store its fun and has so many difrent things to see and play with and great prices! I will be doing some x-mas shopping there! They also ship stuff for you!!!!

This store has a lot of cool stuff and they let you play with almost all of it and the sales girl she had red hair was great and so funny! I will go back for x-mas pres.!
