Olga's Bridal & Boutique

I have experienced several bridal boutiques. I was very pleased with the selection of gowns, however, I would have appreciated more attention. At other dress shops you are set up with one person and that one person attends to you, and only you, during your visit. At Olga's its often difficult to accomplish much quickly because the ladies are running around helping several people with several different things. The customer service is mediocre at best. Diane is a lovely person to work with. She's upbeat and personable and truly aims to please. The owner, Olga, is okay. She friendly but not nearly as great to work with as Diane.
