I have been into One source a couple of times trying to do business with them as the staff is friendly and they have an abundance of great items, but I have been extremely turned off by the owners agressive and dishonest sales tectics. Of the times I have gone in I have been promised one price, and then upon returning the price has always been more. My last visit I was quoted a great price for a toilet, and gaurenteed that I did not need to purchase that day and the price would be honored at any time in the future. Upon my return the owner tried to avoid me then denied every saying that he would sell me the toilet at that price, and pushed me off onto one of his employees who tried to reconcile the sale and for me to purchase a different toilet that was better suited for my budget. In all, lots of nice stuff, nice staff, dishonest owner and business practices.
