PODS

Never again will I use this company for anything. Here I am 9 days later and my POD still has not been delivered, as promised in my contract, even though I was told they have a 6 day turn around. Can't seem to find a driver to haul my container, even though this is their business. Customer service is seriously lacking also, and they think that they are the only branch of this company, therefor they are running the whole show. There is no one in charge of anything that you can talk to, and there are no supervisors in customer service that are available to talk to the people that have problems. I have been calling customer service for 2 days straight now, and have been refused a supervisor every time I have called. It seems that all this company wants is your money, because they sure don't seem to be concerned with the delivery promises or commitments they make.
