Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!
This was a HORRIBLE experience. I got there and was excited I love panera Bread, but this was unlike any of the others have ever been to. It was very slow but did have a few people sitting around. The first thing I noticed was the sloppy boy behind the counter who awkwardly acknowledged me with a barely audible hello. I ordered took my number got my drink, found a seat and proceeded to hear some yell Runner, Runner, Runner, Runner, Runner!! 20 minutes late a nice young girl delivered my food apologizing for the delay. My soup was cold, my Panini was hard and cold and I had chips, even though I asked for an apple. The tables around me were filthy, the floor even worse. I won't go back ever. This was a sickening visit. Operatin person ( from the window to the right of the entrance)...Becky Gates... Well, someone should enlighten her a bit. Her Panera is bad.

Great food
I am a Escondido Chamber member and we hold our meetings at Panera Bread monthly. The food is awesome and everyone their is great. If you have not been their you need to go. I have been for both breakfast and lunch. I would highly refer them to everyone.
