Parade Acres Tack Shop

I was at the Parade Acres Tack Store and found a draft horse fly bonnet. I have been every where looking for one. I also found the feed through fly spray that I have only been able to order on the internet. you would never think that a small tack shop would have so much stuff in it. It is packed and I found the prices on most things to be less expensive than the store that I usually shop at.

It is refreshing to find a tack store that will actually help you and not just say "can I help you" and then Disappear. The woman that was there was very helpful and checked with me several times to inquire if I had any questions.

I was in Parade Acres today with a problem with my horse and the lady that was there told me that by no means was she a vet but she gave me her thoughts on what was wrong and what I needed to buy to treat the problem. I went home and looked on the internet and she was right on. It is so nice to go to a store where the person knows their product. I went to one of the other tack shops and they had no idea what I was talking about. She told me they had been there for many years. The store is very well stocked anf good prices.

My husband and I just purchased our first horse. We had been to other tack shops looking at everything we wanted and had no idea what we needed. We found them on the internet and thought when we drove in that it was a small store. Boy were we wrong it went on and on. The woman there was very helpful, she didn't sell us anything we didn't need and she told us what each item was for and what it did. That will be a store we will go to again

I ordered a saddle for my daughter with hopes I would have it for the 1st. of the year. Not only did it come in for Christmas but I couldn't believe how the clerk went to the phone while I was there, ordered it and made the transaction so smooth. I had not been there before but I will be going there first for all her horse needs.

I found to my surprise a Draft Horse Saddle. I never thought that I would be able to fit my "big girl"The people at Parade Acres were so helpful in explaining just how the saddle was to fit. I found the prices to be Very reasonable . The store was a "gem" in hiding and found the winter boots to be priced much less than elsewhere. This will definately be my new hang out

Great deals on safety riding vest, much cheaper than the store i usually go to, they were out and I gave this shop a call an they had 6 or 7 different brands. Good deal, I will go there again

I called on Sunday by chance it is so cold I knew they were not open but was going to leave a message. As luck would have it someone answered and said they were closed. I explained that my pont was shivering & they said they were on their way to maine but if I could be there in 1/2 Hr they would wait, That was really nice. I would go there again
