I had a house in Boise from my late brother's estate and I thought in today's market I would be making payments on it for years before I could sell it. Then I meet Paul..he said no problem "I can sell this house for you" and he did just as he said..even sold it for more money then I thought it would sell for! We've worked with many Realtors over the years but none can compare with Paul. He's always been available to help us out and he went way beyond the call of duty to help us get into our new house. Since we were coming in from out of town we had very limited hours available for house hunting. Paul stuck with us through some long weekends with late hours and never once did we feel pressured or put out. To begin with if there was a higher rating than 5 stars Paul Heim from Silvercreek Realty Group would receive it. I began my search for a home in or around the Boise Area of Idaho in Feb. 08. I had a friend living in the area but I did not know any agents. I contacted Paul Heim via the web and requested some information on listings he had. Paul immediately began helping me with my home search. Paul kept in regular email, telephone or texting contact for the entire 11 months I spent home searching. I flew to Idaho 3 separate times and each time Paul arranged his schedule to meet mine. He was very attentive to my needs, assisted my friend in viewing homes in my absence or sent one of his agents to view the area or home to see if it met my needs. When I finally found the right home it was necessary to move quickly. Paul wrote my offer at 4 p.m. on a Saturday and had me qualified by two lenders within a hour. The sale closed in 21 days. I have never dealt with a better agent.
