I loved the care I received while a patient at Peak Physical Therapy. My therapist took the time to explain my problem to me in a way I could understand, and let me know how treatment would address my problem. I also liked that my therapist asked, "Why are you here? What do you want to achieve by coming here? He let me know that my goals were important to him and that we would both work together to achieve them. Thanks Peak

My doctor is so pleased with my progress on my right shoulder. I have worked with both ladies here at the Emmett facility and they have pushed me just enough to show great results. I can now lift my arm the virtual normal positions after only 9 weeks. They are always on time and give full attention to each of their patients! Their personalities are as great as their training/skills and are a delight to work with. Dianna B.

“After left index knuckle replacement I was recommended to Peak Therapy through former patients because they had achieved such good results and it turned out to be the truth. I couldn’t move my finger much out of the straight position, NOW I am able to do many of the things or at least 96% of it before surgery and with pain! My goal after surgery was to be able to play my fiddle again and I can do that the tech and staff is real pros in every aspect of physical therapy. I would recommend them highly!” D.W

“After my knee sprain, I had a hard time squatting, walking down stairs, and sitting “criss cross” on the floor. After only 6 sessions, I was feeling stronger and ale to do most squatting movement as well as I walk up and down with ease. With each session, Jennifer would give me the assurance I needed to push myself in the squatting movements and exercises to help get my knee back to where it was! “I suffered a lower back injury that took me out for my sophomore football season. I was dumb and continued to work out on it. With reoccurring pain, I had to do something about it. Coming to peak has changed my life, and personal philosophy on my work-outs. Having a strong core is vital to achieving “Peak” performance, and reduces chance of injury. I listed to Carlie’s coaching and feel a ton better now. Do the home work-outs, they help. Eat nutritious meals to repair muscle damage, and be coachable to what your taught. I have a goal to plan NFL football, and through coming to “Peak” I will be ready to start for Eagle varsity this year. Don’t get discouraged and don’t give up!!! Thanks Peak! P.S. “Could hardly stand, pain on right foot because of heal spurs. After 3 weeks the pain is almost gone. I have a lot more mobility in my foot, my Achilles tendon and planters are relaxed and not stressed so the foot feels normal again. I would definitely recommend these folks for any physical therapy.” B.L
