A perfect day trip to New Hartford includes a stop at Peddler's Junction which is an eclectic mix of country, primitive, and also consignment. The shop also has handcrafted jewelry from local artists and a number of local artisans are represented with their consignments. There is even a kitchen section, featuring soup and dip mixes, utensils (new and vintage), towels, dishes and bottles. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed and it's the type of place you look forward to returning to. Lots of seasonal items also!
