Peppermint's

Food is great, and hot, service has ALWAYS been superior, and friendly. Take out is very convenient when I'm in a hurry (and no extra cost) but the sit down service is superb if you stay! When out of town friends visit, I often take them there, and when they return, they want to go back. A friend, who now lives in Phoenix, heard about it in Arizona and asked me to take her there when she visited here a few weeks ago. And, if you've heard about Rochester's famous "Garbage Plate" (originated at Nick Tahoes Restaurant in Downtown Rochester) and you don't want to drive all the way into the city to sample the dish that celebrities come to town to eat, Peppermints offers the same thing...and it is just as good. Prices are great...$4 breakfast specials, for example, include eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, pancakes...just about any combo you want. If you are getting off the Thruway at Rochester (I-90... right around the corner from exit 45), or I-390 (exit 12) think of Peppermints.

I have been going to Peppermints for about 8 months now. The staff is always friendly and polite. The food has always been hot and served in a timely manner. The prices too can't be beat. Thank you Peppermints for starting my mornings off good and keep it up.. .Ivan TUrnbull
