These people are thieves. I brought in a ring to get re-sized. Picked it up and was shocked! They shaved the ring from half round profile to flat.Bottom line,they stole half the gold..Ring does not look the same and weight is 50% less. I am filing formal charges and having Attorney handle it.I have pictures and appraisal that was done recently and plus before and after photos! BEWARE OF THIS "jeweler"
