Always knowledgeable in fish department, better than some of the big box stores with very young untrained employees. I've always gotten good help with product questions...and fish compatibility issues, etc.

I'm not happy with their fish warranty. I understand that if they sell a $50 salt water fish and it is returned dead the next day, they may want to test the aquarium water. But for $2 freshwater fish, other stores replace it without fanfare, particularly when it was one of seven purchased and the other six survived the first day.
