I wrote the Horrible rated review - my mistake - it was not on this store, it was the Ridge Store on Alamo - They are horrible and should restaff the whole grooming department with people that like animals, which that does not appear to be the case now.

I only go due to convenience - but no more - I have used their grooming department for my dogs since the store opened - once I took my Yorkie there and they cut off her top hair (no bow from then on), then last year I took our big dog, German Shepherd who gets shaved once a year and the technician working on other animals was horrible and I do not know what they used on my dog but she had to go to the vet afterwards for a very bad rash, not to mention she was a mess. I complained to management and wrote a letter to the company. Did not hear from them - I thought I would try again today - had taken my dogs to the vet for their shots yesterday and that is how I usually do it - they get their hair done the day afterwards. I get there at my designated time in the middle of the day (inconvenient - wasted my whole day) get there and the one hateful woman getting ready to work on another large dog, not as large as mine, frowning asks if I have an appointment - and then she sounding discussed
