I was shocked when I took my Dad's car there for a new battery. My Dad just died on Sept 2. Phil's scalped me charging me 396.00 just to take out the old battery and install the new...Found battery for sale at Napa for 130.00 retail. They charged me 289. for the battery and $96.00 for 15 minutes labor. A FOUR TIMES MARK UP...Especially in my grief, and my deceased father (RIP) was a former customer...greed...robbery.

I got a price from a dealership of 1000 for work, Phil.. same work wanted 1200 for the same brake work. As it turned out I went to Napa on Garston (Greggs Automotive) and they did the brake inspection and I only needed front pads for $200.00. (Pads only at Phils $600.00) Yikes.... Do not go there... It is too bad they seemed nice. I'm also unhappy with the dealership for the original pricing. You really have to watch your back.
