Trusting a body shop doesn't seem important until you need to choose one.From start to finish you could tell this was not just a good body shop but a caring one too.Everything was made so easy from dealing with a pushy insurance adjuster to getting a rental and never missing one minute from work.The insurance company wanted me to do all the running around and make me go to their body shop. LG Collision had the kind of service I wanted and the history that made me comfortable. The repair was excellent and I want others to know about their body shop. I found this repair shop on the Internet and got a very quick response. I had a 1998 Mustang with only liability coverage and damage to the hood, front fenders, radiator, condenser and door. They drove out the next day and I was given very fair estimates for different levels of repair. They promptly came to pick up the vehicle the following day and did the work I requested. They finished on time, at the estimate, and did excellent quality work. The owner even drove it out to my house on a Sunday afternoon so we would have the car for Monday morning. I've been to LG Collision twice now and have been very satisfied with the work that has been performed. Mike does what he has to do to get the job done, and it's very much appreciated. They provide quality work, provide low costs, and get your vehicle back to you in a very timely manner. Everything was great!

While driving on a dark, narrow winding road, I had to back up. In the darkness, I had very poor visibility, and I inadvertently backed into a pole damaging the rear panel and breaking the tail light on my 2006 Buick Lucerne. A few days later, while I was at work, I called LG Collision, which had been recommended by a friend. Within an hour, Mike Myers met me in the parking area where I work and provided me with a written estimate for the repair. I contacted my insurance company, but they insisted that I go to their recommended body shop for an estimate. The next day, I went to their body shop and received a slightly lower estimate for the repair. When I contacted Mike, he told me he would be able to do the repair for that price and cover my deductible. The next day, Mike came to my home, picked up my car and told me the car would be ready in four or five days. As promised, the car was returned to my driveway looking as good as new. And it didn't cost me a single dime!

I researched LG Collision prior to calling them for an estimate. As a claimant, it was my choice to go with my insurance's preferred shop or find my own. After comparing reviews of the other shop with those from LG Collision, the choice was clear. From the moment Mike came to my work to assess the damage to the time I received my car back, the service was great! My curiosity usually beat them to the punch and I usually ended up calling them before they had a chance to update me. The minor issue which came up after I picked up my car was resolved in a very timely and satisfactory fashion. All in all, I walked away from the situation feeling like I, as the customer, was LG Collision’s primary focus. Great job!
