HANOVER TOWNSHIP, NORTHAMPTON COUNTYJune 13, 2010|By Frank Warner | Of The Morning CallA Bethlehem man changed the date on his doctor's painkiller prescriptions to allow him to buy the pills before he was permitted to have them, police said. William J. Posavek Sr., 61, of 2711 Roosevelt St., was charged Friday with attempt to obtain controlled substances by deception. Posavek on April 9 went to the Weis Market pharmacy on 5580 Crawford Drive, Hanover Township, Northampton County, to get prescriptions filled for 90 Oxycontin tablets and 120 Percoset pills, according to the police arrest affidavit. The prescriptions, signed by Dr. Steven Mortazavi of Bethlehem, said Posavek was not to receive the drugs until after April 23, but Posavek whited out that instruction, Colonial Regional police said.

very poor,said he would be here to give estimate, My Wife and I waited for him NO SHOW! called him,he said he forgot.I was then told He would be here the next day,again NO SHOW!! I would rate him a zero if I could!!
