I have ordered many products for my kids from this site and I have to say that the quality of the products are outstanding. We always want the best for our kids and this is the place to find it! My favorite has been the matching toddler mint backpacks and lunch packs. My son loves that he has his name embroidered onto his bag. The staff was also very helpful when I called with a question. The crayon apron toolbelt and the chalkboard placemat are also products we have from this company which are very unique and my kids love. I am definatley going to order from this company again. When ordering a backpack for my son online, I carefully selected the font I wanted his name to be embroidered in, checking it and the color several times before I checked out. I received the backpack promptly and was pleased with the bag overall, but it was not the font I had specified. I immediately called and let them know of the error and was informed that the font choice came through as "N/A" and so they selected a font for me. They would not let me return the bag for the corrected font, even though it was clear to me that it was a mistake on their end. Like I said, I was happy with the bag itself and was not trying to come up with an excuse to return the product, I simply wanted to receive the product as I had designed it. Simply put, it was an expensive purchase for me and I feel like I should have received what I selected and paid for. If the font had indeed come through as "N/A" I would have preferred that they contacted me for my choice and not selected one themselves.

Merchant Response: "First, I have to note how rare this is. In the last 12 months we have done 3,890 orders. Second, many customers choose “NA” because they would like us to select the font, and we choose popular fonts accordingly. This lady contacted us about the bag, but said on the phone she was happy with our selection. She says the same thing in this review. If she disliked the font we choose this story would have ended differently. She said she selected a font but it did not register to the order. We went to that product and went through the check out flow just as a customer would have, and the font selection was present at check out and in the emailed order. If a font is not selected, it is apparent before you enter payment information. After payment is made, customers receive the same order information as we do and a customer can correct it with a phone call or an email. During both steps this customer was comfortable with “N/A” as her font choice. If we make a mistake, we fix it no questions asked. We generally bend over backwards in favor of the customer. To keep prices low for all customers, however, we do have to strike a balance on what is reasonable and if someone is being truthful. For example on the phone this lady said she checked the font selection three times. Not once, not twice, but three times. There can be an error in a check-out form, but that error will be there for everybody, not random. Bottom line, we felt we were being lied to." - November 09, 2010
I ordered a monogrammed item for my daughter for her overnight camp at the last minute. The staff at Posy Lane Inc worked with me via email to figure out the best way to get the item to me as quickly as possible. I submitted an order Monday night and it was shipped out by Tuesday morning and delivery only a day after that. The company's customer service is outstanding.

We are going to miss this store more than anyone will ever know. We have gotten to know the owners very well while they were here in town. A very rare couple that are true and genuine. I wish them much success in their new venture up ahead. These are very hard working folks and deserve the very best in life. We will still shop online, but will miss the unique quality that their store gave to the downtown McKinney area.

What a wonderful experience i have had with the Team at Posy Lane. They have been more than accomodating me with all my questions and needs. There have been some items inwhich I needed some information or assistance with, and was blown away at the level of support and help I was given. When they didn't know the answers, they not only were honest in telling me so, but they went way above and beyond to make sure I got the answers I needed to make my decisions. I absolutely would recommend this business to both my family and friends. Great Job Guys! keep up the great service.

Posy Lane is the best gift store that I have come across in the Plano, Allen, McKinney, Frisco area. This is the place I go whenever I need a gift, want something embroidered or invitations of any type. Kerry and Nathan are wonderful people who will do everything to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. I have always had a wonderful experience and never been disappointed. Kerry will go out of her way to please a Customer. Always pleasant and cheerful. I have told all my friends about Posylane and now that's where they go too!.

I have been a fan of Posy Lane since it opened for business. Kerrie and Nathen know their business, and customer service is their top priority. You will be able to find unique and charming gift items for all occasions at Posy Lane , and they are reasonably priced, I might add. We will miss the customer experience of walking into Posy Lane and being greeted with a smile as we find that perfect gift or trinket. But, thankfully we will still be able to coordinate our invitation printing through the online website. Kerry and Nathen are one of the most efficient retailers I've worked with, and to coordinate all aspects of the invitation printing process online has saved me a lot of time -- and we get beautiful, accurate product to boot! I would encourage busy working moms to meet Kerry and set up a lifetime resource for all your party needs. Good luck with the online aspect, and keep the fun and creative products coming our way.

Kerry truly is amazing. I ordered programs for my wedding when she wasn't there and when they came in, I misunderstood the layout. I told Kerry they weren't what I was expecting and she reordered them, no charge. When they came back with 2 blank pages (manufacture's goof) I freaked because there wasn't enough time. Kerry got the manufacturer to comp me the charge and then she drove over an 1 hour to my hotel to glue the pages together and stayed until all programs were done. I doubt many other places would have done the same, but she wanted to make sure that I had great programs and a great experience with Posy Lane. Now whenever I need a unique or cute gift, I drive the hour and 15 minutes to Posy Lane. Thanks so much Kerry!

Every time I have shopped at Posy Lane, it has been such a positive experience. The customer service is what stands out most of all. I have placed numerous online personalized orders, and the communication regarding the status of my orders has always been amazing - Posy Lane follows up to be sure the customer is happy. Several months ago I purchased a painting from their store via the internet, and next thing I know, I received a phone call from Posy Lane telling me they are going to deliver it to me personally! I do not live close by - probably 45 minutes away, and they delivered it right to me. I could not believe it. I did not have to make the trip myself. It was out of their goodwill that they did this for me. Their actions have been consistent every time, and they certainly speak volumes for the type of business they run and the kind of people they are.

Posey Lane is great place. I have had several personized items from them that was done perfect. As for as the staff is concerned, you could not ask for better service. They have always been very friendly and helpful in every way. I recommend this store to anyone who is looking for friendly and professional service along with quality merchandise for whatever their need.

Whenever I have a unique gift to buy, I think of Posey Lane. They have the most unique items in their store. We have used their monogramming services and have been pleased with the final product. Kerrie, the owner is very welcoming, helpful, joyful and above all very professional. One day I just went to Posey Lane to say hi to Kerrie, as she is always happy to see my girls and our guide dog in training. I would highly recommend taking a look into this store and the life of Posey Lane - Kerrie will make your experience memorable!

It has been an absolute pleasure shopping at Posey Lane over the last year and a half! Kerrie and Nathen Barton are the prime example of what store owners should be! They are so friendly, personable, genuine, and create a great shopping experience. I shop at Posey Lane for almost every birthday (kid and adult), wedding, shower, or Christmas gift. They have a little of everything!! Kerrie always greets me by first name and always takes a genuine interest in what is going on in my life. That means a lot to have a small town feel when I shop. I have recommended Posey Lane to so many of my friends, and they just love it too! I purchased my Christmas cards at Posey this past year, and was so happy when Nathen called me within 15 minutes to tell me they were done! The cards were beautiful!! I have been lucky to get to know the Bartons, and I wish them much success in all future endeavors!

I love a day when I have a few extra minutes to run into Posy Lane. I am always greeted by first name by the owner who always as a smile for me! They have the most unique merchandise but I have to tell you that the thing that makes this store special is the owner. She learned my name by my second trip into the store. How special is that! I always return to Posy Lane for graduation gifts, teacher presents, or special kid gifts. I have used their monogramming service many times and have always been overly pleased with the color and the style. I read the review of the lady who had a bad experience. It seems really out of character based on my experience. I would definitely encourage people to see for themselves. From what I have seen she knows most of the people who come into her store. That must mean they're repeat customers too!!!

I recently purchased wedding invitations from Kerrie Barton at Posy Lane for my daughter's wedding. We were very pleased with the selection and quality of the invitations available. We visited Posy Lane several times before making our final decision and Kerrie was always very helpful. She made every effort to provide us with just the right invitation for us. Our invitations arrived on time and we were very pleased with them. Working with Kerrie was a wonderful experience.

This is my favorite store! I have purchased invitations, stationary, gifts, and monogrammed bags. Kerrie and Nathan go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. I actually had towels monogrammed at another store where the job was done poorly and quite sloppy. Kerrie saved the day and had them looking perfect! They always tell me to pay at pick up so I can make sure they are done correctly. I have been very happy with every aspect of this store, and recommend it without any hesitation. The quality of monogramming and printing is excellent, and I love the unique selection of gifts!

I wanted a motif of a deer put on my son's nap roll. I asked for the deer to be the same colors as the deer in the picture. The owner told me that was no problem and wrote "color-as is" on the order form in front of me. After waiting 7 days for them to be done. I went to pick up the nap rolls. The deer was bright orange! I didn't say anything at the time just paid and left. The very next morning I called and spoke with the owner. I asked her about the orange deer. She said they do not always come out exactly like the picture. I told her the deer was bright orange. She said yes I chose the color b/c I thought it would look best. I told her I didn't understand because she told me the colors I wanted would work. She said that is just the way it is and hung up on me. I tried calling back and she picked the phone up and slammed it down. Wow! This woman must be insane. I have never had an experience even close to this.

Merchant Response: "Something stinks about her story. We protect our customers. Anyone who has printed or embroidered through the store knows we encourage all customers to pay at PICKUP. We trust our customers to come back. The nap rolls and embroidery were unpaid. If she was unhappy, why did she pay and not say a thing? Embroidery is subjective to different tastes. If she was simply unsatisfied my wife would have offered to refund the embroidery or the entire job, or re-do the job, but she never got the chance. When the lady did call she immediately set into screaming at my wife and calling her names. My wife is 8-months pregnant and was feeling too sick to also deal with being screamed at so she did hang up. The lady did call right back but was not in a better state of mind. It was a new experience for us – maybe we could have done something different but we aren’t used to being torn into without a chance to make things right. No phones were slammed. Despite her call and her smearing us on the internet I am still happy to make the job right but we need the chance to do it in a civil manner. I don’t think that is what she wants. This lady does not seem the type that is too timid to speak up when she picked up and paid for the job." - April 29, 2009

I love this store. They have always had a great selection of gifts and invitations but embroidery was only available for things purchased inside the store.
I just found out they now do their own emboidery and monogramming and are happy to embroider anything. I had a tote bag I wanted embroidered so I tried out their service.
I am very happy! The thread color was perfect and the embroidery work was great quality. They used a fill stitch so my name is completely raised and solid. I love Kerrie's work!
