Resorts get 5-stars, the guy JD Powers rates companies and more as best this and that; POWER1K is off the charts! You will get: trainers who care and are very passionate about fitness; customized programs; great atmosphere; convenient location and best of all: RESULTS! I feel better than I ever have! Give them a try, it is contagious!

Bob and Matt at Power1k is a amazing group of people. i got to know them and they really are focused on providing new ways for people to lose weight. i highly suggest them! if i could 10 stars!!

Not only is the website at Power1k.com a great value, easy to use, and high quality, the exercises can easily be adjusted to fit all fitness levels just by changing the weight of your dumbells. Furthermore, the location works with insurance to offer chiropractic care and rehab exercises and fitness classes. The people are friendly too!

I have been using the Power1K program off & on for about 2 years. Each time I start back, Bob & Matt are welcoming, motivating and supportive. Cardio & weights plus they change up the workouts so you never get bored! If a modification is needed, Bob, Matt and their trainers are more than happy to accomodate - whatever it takes to get you through the 30-45 min workout while constantly encouraging you to reach your potential/goal. I definately recommend Power1K!

I'm a busy professional and have tried a variety of workout plans (trainer, p90x, etc) and have done the "going to the gym without a specific plan" thing for years. I love the Power1k workouts because I can get them done in 35-40 minutes (typically) and it's a different workout every day! I simply log onto Power1k the night before my workouts (I typically workout very early and don't want to spend time on the computer in the mornings) to view the workout to make sure I understand the exercises and then simply print out the daily workout sheet and take it with me to the gym. Now I can go to the gym with a PLAN! it's very refreshing, it's a full body workout and I constantly have people asking me about the exercises that i'm doing. I've noticed a significant increase in muscle tone and I'm not tied to a televisions screen and not tied to trying to get an hour workout every day. Thanks to the Power1K team for giving me a plan that works!

Power 1K is an excellent value. The best thing is that it allows you to complete the program on your own schedule and at your own pace. The trainers are friendly and upbeat. They hold you accountable and encourage you on your goals. Thanks to Matt and Bob!

Power1K is one of the very few places I spend money and am completely 100% satisfied. I'm 62, at my high school weight, and can't remember ever feeling better. P.S. The people are great to work with, too.

I HAVE SPENT MANY YEARS WORKING OUT AT A NATIONALLY KNOWN CENTER. IN ALL THOSE YEARS I NEVER HAD THE FEELING THAT MY HEALTH AND WELLBEING WERE A PRIORITY. I HAVE BEEN WITH MATT AND BOB AT POWER 1K FOR LESS THAN SIX MONTHS BUT THE PROGRESS I'VE MADE AND THE WEIGHT I'VE LOST TESTAMENT TO THIER ABILITY TO MOTIVATE AND TO CREATE A HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT WHERE MY PERSONAL NEEDS ARE TOP PRIORITY. AND THEY DO THIS WITH A SMILE AND AND CONSTANT ENCOURAGEMENT.
