Precious Pets

I have a 8 year old cocker. He has had ear infections all of his life. One day I was driving by Precious Pets so I stopped in. The staff was VERY helpful. The lady who helped me was very nice and down to earth. We talked for awhile and she suggested food might be the problem. I thought to my self (yea right food) After talking and She gave me a guarantee that if I was not happy BRING IT BACK... How can you go wrong with that so I purchased a bag of EARTHBORN GRAIN FREE... with nothing to loose my dog ate it and sure enougth about 12 days later my dog was no longer scrathing at his ears. I purchase a bag about once a month and Love it ... I wish I stopped in sooner and I could have saved a boat load of $$$ from vet bills... THANK YOU Precious Pets !!! WOOF WOOF !!!!

This store has everything you need for your pets. It is family owned and the staff knows what they are talking about and take the time to help... My dog was having problems with his ears and suggested food could be the problem so i switch to Verus. within 7 days my dog stopped scatching at his ears and the smell went away.. THANKS for helping my dog...

I read all the previous reviews and wonder if they work for other pet stores. Store is average size and has plenty of merchandise. Shelves look new and pets seem to be cared for. I checked with the local health inspector in Burlington and they said it has always passed.

Precious Pets of Burlington is really run down. It was never a great store but it's gotten very dirty and smelly over the past couple years. Their stock of animals is less than it once was also. Perhaps that's a good thing for the animals. It's worth your while to find another store.
