I have a ton of great things to say about Professional Fleet Services. Sam is the type of mechanic you always hope to have but rarely find. Beyond doing good work, he’s really accessible to his customers. I’m not the mechanically-inclined type, so that means I don’t always understand car problems at first. Sam is great at explaining why work needs to be done, and why it costs as much as it does. I’ve recently gone through a ton of costly repairs to keep a car on the road until it’s paid off, and I’ve never once felt Sam was overstating my repair needs. This place is quick, reasonable, and friendly. You can’t ask for more in a car repair.

I switched to Professional Fleet Service after unhappy (read: dishonest) dealings from another Lansing garage. In short, they were recommending work that was unnecessary, and doing a poor job with repairs. I went to PFS, and found Sam a darned hard worker, honest, and willing to go the extra mile to provide you what you need -- without trying to coax more out of you. I recommend him, recommend his garage, without qualification.

This merchant still knows what customer service is, anytime I go there for a problem, they take care of me in a profesiona manner. This kind of service is hard to find ine these times.
