ROOF CLEAN NC/TRS POWER WASH

We recently needed an appraisal on our home. we were amazed at the visual impact of the results given by Tom Spencer at Roof Clean/TRS Powerwash. We have over 400 feet of board on board fencing, and it had an ugly green color to it. Same with our vinyl siding in shady areas. Same with a 12' x 20' deck. We had a large, court-yard entry concrete driveway with the green, and with oil stains to boot. The removal of that green color off the fence, siding and deck, and the cleaning of the driveway made a remarkable difference in the appearance of our entire home. Definitely Tom's service raised the value of our property, and gave our financial position a keener edge.

We had been considering putting our house on the market to sell, but it was grungy and stained looking, not very attractive. TRS Power wash was very prompt and efficient and in no time at all, my house looked like a brand new house! He even did the sidewalk and cement patio which I hadn't realized were so incredibly dirty! Looks brand new, like the cement should still be wet! It almost makes me not want to move! TRS was very professional, Tom Spencer took care to not damage my yard or landscaping. I couldnt be happier.
