WOW!!! AWESOME!!! OUTSTANDING!!! They called me when my PS3 arrived and verified that what I requested is what I needed. A couple of hours later they called me back AGAIN and told me that they fixed the problem!!!! I paid for the service over the phone and then they gave me a tracking number so that I would know EXACTLY when to expect my baby!!! THIS COMPANY IS REALLY TOP NOTCH!!! I have told some of my friends and I will be using them in the future for my upgrades!!!

I did some research and they seemed to be the most professional. The prices and services they provided were very reasonable. I got my ps3 back within the week and it has been working great. The plus is that they offered more than a 1 year warrantee on their services. :)

I was scared to send my PS3 to Florida. I could not find anybody in Maryland to fix my console. The turn around time was quick. The service fees were reasonable. I will recommend all my friends nationwide to try RSOL PC for all modifications and repair needs for their gaming console.

Phone support was good. I used the prepaid shipping box which saved a lot of trouble with packaging. PS3 was shipped out, repaired and returned in just over 1 week. Works great.

having my PS3 break was a troublesome experience. not knowing where to get it fixed and how long it would take made me put off getting it repaired for a long time. i thankfully found RSOL, they made the experience very pleasant and care free. the PS3 specific shipping box was awesome and not only did i get my PS3 back super fast but i got regular updates via email....Love it!!! i'm already considering them for a hardrive upgrade
