I bought a Simplicity lift from Dick Raab and Raase lifts. We had it installed outside in front of our home. I would not recommend this lift to be outside in the elements as it rusted and malfunctioned more times than it worked properly. We purchased it in late 2010...we ordered it and had to end up waiting for a lift for 3 months, even though we were promised one right away. He told us we were getting a "new" lift yet it had rust and dents on it... I had to ask for the warranty info. twice and he never did give it to us. I have never been treated so disrepectful in my life by the owner himself. When I called to have him fix a malfunction after only having it a month...he took two weeks to finally come fix it. Recently we were told by a rehab specialist that this was a dangerous incline that they installed and that is was unprofessional that they actually installed it like that. The owner had NEVER told the truth from the start. I don't recommend this company to anyone. Poor service.
