Rainbow Car Wash

I have been going here off and on now for over 7 years and I must say the workers here know what they are doing I've been to eastern carwash as well as canton carwash but it always seems like they miss somthing everytime I take my car there. Also there new service platinum plus is top notch I have never seen my car shine so well before except for the day I bought it

They hire convicted felons to work there, not to mention pay under the table so as the deadbeat fathers washing cars there don't have to pay towards the $40,000 of past due child support they owe!

Now I know the place is busy early Saterday morning But... I thought that with the way things are I would opt to take the platinum service. And I tipped both ends like always just a little more to help the crew out. Needless to say I would not be writing this but the ser...vice today was the pits. After watching one member of the drying crew open the door to the truck next to me and hitting my door because they pulled the vehicles so close I let that go. They yelled this truck is ready so I walked over and handed the man a tip and started to get into my truck. They was dirt spots all over. As not to slow things up I pulled across the street and got out and walked around the truck. The mirrors were never cleaned, the chome bumper was not washed or wiped off, there were dirt spots all around my door handles. usally they do a good job here and I will probaly come back again.Next time I might leave my truck sit there and get the manager. very disappointed with this visit.
