Raleigh Pool and Spa

We bought a huge swim spa from Raleigh Pool and Spa and it's incredible, it has a hot tub on one side and a swim area on the other and we use it everyday. This was the best investment we ever made and Tonni and Rich made the whole experience from purchasing to installation almost seamless. When they where craning it over the house my heart was in my throat, but it went as easy as cutting the lawn. We love it and the Deck company you recommended was as good as you said polite, courteous, on time and the deck is beautiful, my neighbors are so envious of our new backyard recreation and leisure area that they want to come over all the time. Rich was right the outdoor Fireplace really finished the area off, my wife and I feel like we live at a 5 star Resort hotel without the crowds, Thanks again we are so glad we found you when our pool chemical supplier was closed on Sunday, and replacing the old pool with the Swim Spa was the best thing we ever did.

We just wanted to thank Rich for all his help with our purchase of our 1050 STS, We are so glad we decided to get the Masterspa with the TV and Stereo instead of the other units we were looking at Rich you where right on the Money, this spa is the best we have ever owned and the Kids love the theater system, they won't get out of the spa. Thanks for all the help on the delivery using the crane to put it on the deck was scary at first but definitely the right choice, your expertise craning the spa over the house and on to our second floor deck was amazing to watch and was done with such precision we where amazed. I know for you it was business as usual and as you told us you've craned Fiberglass in ground pool shells, huge swim spas and hot tubs over peoples homes for years, but we still were uneasy about it, you kept us calm and made it happen without a hitch. Thanks again we thought the Maxiis we owned in Colorado was a great spa this Lsx 1050 is 10 times the spa it's truly the best

Thanks Guys, I just got my new Table and we love it. The installers where great, the Table is awesome!!! I can't Believe we got a solid maple table at such a great price and we shopped everywhere even online. Thanks again I'll see you for some Christmas gifts I need to get next Month. Jack

We are so excited about our Masterspa LSx1000 the Hot Tub is amazing, after shopping all over Raleigh for the best Hot Tub we found it. You where right the VX600 by IST is amazing the power is incredible, it's so quiet we dont even realize it's running. I really thought my electric bill would go up significantly but as Rich told us it has been nominal. You guys made the right move to be a dealer for such a great hot tub that is eco friendly delivers the same experience as a spa I paid $9000 for when I lived in Texas and cost so little to run and a lot less to purchase. We just love this Hot Tub Thanks for a great experience and a superior product. Wayne

Just wanted to let you know we still have the masterspa STS with the TV and Surround system. My team here at the studio wants to use it all the time and when bands come in they love it. I'm disappointed we had to take the water out, we need to hook it back up again because we just moved to our new house and here in New Windsor N.Y. the ground is frozen and also a lot of rock so just waiting on for the electrician. I needed a part for my pool filter and went to everyone in the area but no one had it. Alan looked it up and actually ordered it, picked it up the next morning and by 1pm I had my part, talk about customer service and going the extra yard.
