Red Carpet Car Wash

For $18.99 + tip, they don't even vaccum your car. Dirt still remained on my car after the wash. There are other more reasonably priced places that provide better quality service. DON'T GO!!!

If I could give out negative starts, I would. The employee who greeted my car was rude and condescending. The person I spoke to inside was also very aloof and not remotely skilled in customer service procedures, and the car wash was AWFUL! The exterior looked nice, but the interior job was so poorly done that I had to ask to have it re-done. The second job was better, but still way below the standards that I am accustomed to. From now on, I will be a loyal customer of Manhattan Car Wash on 300 S Sepulveda, as they have always done an amazing job for me!

I took my new car over here after manually washing myself for a few weeks. Some one said they did a good job so I tried them out. I got the 45.00 service. What a ripoff! They got wax on my black plastic molding.They left swirl marks. They did not do a thorough job vaccuuming either. Definitely not worth the money. Don't waste your time or money with this place!

Just back from my first visit there. I got the 'full service wash' and the attendant did a very good job with the interior and exterior. The inside and outside lounge areas were very clean and orderly. Overall a very good experience! I hope that my future visits will be as good as my first.

Left with a dirty wind shield, interior that looked like it had not been vacumed and roary scratches to the rear quarter of my car that could only have been caused by mechanical motion. Contacted the shop to let then know and spoke wirh the manager RICK who was instantly on the defensive saying they do high end cars and never have issues and told me that it was impossible that it could have happened at the shop because their brushed are soft...duh! I am left with a dirty damaged car and a very bad taste in my mouth. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!
