Reket Networks Computer Repairs

I never thought that someone could replace a laptop LCD screen so fast! Yesterday afternoon I dropped my Dell laptop on the floor and the screen cracked. My neighbor from across the street had spoken very highly of these guys and I called them to see if they can help. I was expecting to get an answering machine and leave a message because it was almost 6pm but surprisingly I got to speak to the owner. He told me that if they had the screen they would be able to replace it the next day and he said he would wait for me to bring it in. When I went there he said that he will check the problem and call me. 1 hour later he called me and he said I my Dell was ready and I could go pick it up. Since I had told him how badly I need my computer he decided to stay a little longer and get it fixed that same night! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs computer help! These guys are amazing! My laptop motherboard got fried after a lightning struck my house and Reket Networks replaced it for $150 total! Not only that, but it took them less than 4 days to take care of me! Great service, highly recommended! Thank you so much! Bob

I found this company while searching for a computer company to fix my parents' computer. I live in Chicago, IL but my parents live in Ocean City, NJ and they always have some little issues with their computer. I called Reket Networks on Sunday at 1 pm and asked them if they could go and check what my mother needs. At 2pm they called me from my parents house to let me know that they fixed the problem and everything was fine now! I will definitely trust them for helping my parents in the future and I would recommend this company to anyone who needs computer help in the area. They are not only quick and professional, but their prices are so reasonable! Thanks!

Reviewed other repair services in my area. All were pretty high costs. Usually $100 labor to start. Called Reket, within an hour they were at my door almost 55 miles drive. Impressed! .. Tested hard drive which was fried. Took my laptop and another one i had sitting around back to the shop to be fixed for powerr failure. Within a couple of days once the new hard drive was delivered from manufactured, they installed a new hard drive and updated my laptop not only with Windows Vista, but with Ultimate not the Home version that came installed. Also, fixed power failure on my other laptop. Very Very helpful with questions asked, and will take good care of you!! My repair specialist for life.. lol.

The sound card of my Toshiba laptop went bad and Toshiba sent me a new one, but I needed to find someone to handle the replacement. Few companies gave me quotes from $120 to $180, but I just thought this was too expensive. I searched Google for a computer repair company in the area and came across this ad. Right on the phone the guy told me that the job would cost $75 if they sent someone to my house. I agreed and in one hour a technician was knocking on my door! In another hour he was finished and I was charged $75 as promised on the phone. If I have other issues with my laptop I will definitely call them again!

These guys set up my home network and restored all the files on my laptop that I had lost after a virus attack. Don't want to mention numbers, but it was way cheaper than what I had payed to others for similar tasks. Thank you!
