HI MY NAME IS DANIELLE AND I JUST HAD A BABY 3 MONTHS AGO DO YOU GUYS DO BIRTH CONTROL??? I WAS GOING TO DR PARKS OFFICE BUT SHE MOVED AND I LOVED HER AND LOOKING FOR SOME1 NEW???THANK YOU!!
DANIELLE MARTINEZ, July 27, 2009
Hi Danielle,
I really liked Dr Park and I am sorry she is gone. I can only offer non-hormonal birth control like the FemCap http://www.femcap.com/
If you are looking for birth control pills or an IUD you would have to see and OB/GYN office. Advanced Women's Health Care in Palm Springs is a good office. That is who Dr Park was affiliated with.

what is the longest period of time they will leave you past your due date before inducing labour??
laura pirie, April 03, 2009
Hi Laura,
Most medical providers will want to induce you at or shortly after 41 weeks gestation, which may not be necessary. Most healthy Mom's can safely go to 42 weeks gestation. Here is a link to an ACOG brochure that describes the post date pregnancy : http://www.acog.org/publications/patient_education/bp069.cfm
I hope this answers you question. Thank you for contacting me :O)

how do i know if i am about to go in labor
jazmine, December 26, 2008
Hi Jazmine,
There are many different signs you may get just before you are ready to go into labor. You can experience one or more of them. You may lose your mucus plug in the days leading up to the labor day. It looks like a chunk of mucus, it could have some blood mixed in, you may have lots of Braxton Hicks contractions in the days leading up, possibly leaking amnio fluid. Signs of true labor are contractions that start out irregular but then become regular, longer, closer together and stronger. Walking around makes them stronger. Lying down does not make them go away. Usually contractions are felt in the lower back and then radiate to the front. Perhaps you may have mucus that becomes more tinged with blood as your cervix changes.
As always, call your provider if you have any questions or concerns.
I hope this helps and have a Happy Birth day.
