i have purchased 4 vehicles from these guys and had no problem at all i am actually going 2morrow to buy another people that complain are probley the same people that expect a new car at used pricing today mileage is nothing

I have had very good luck there and If there was a problem with the vehicle I took it back and they took a care of the problem and even gave a loaner vehicle to use when they had to order a part and even brought my vehicle back to me at work and took the loaner back, they worked with me on recent purchase and i would reccomend them very them very highly. Thet do have vehicles for all level of incomes . Go there and see Branden he will take care of you with the best deals and financing.

- I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM ZERO STARS IF IT WERE POSSIBLE THEY WILL HAVE THERE REPO MAN WHO DOES NOT WORK FOR THEM ANSWER THE PHONE AND ENGAGE YOU IN A FINANCIAL AGREEMENT SO THEY DO NOT HAVE TO HONOR IT AND CHARGE YOU OUTRAGEOUS FEES WHEN THEY TAKE YOUR CAR EVEN AFTER YOU HAVE JUST MADE A PAYMENT TWO DAYS PRIOR. THESE GUYS ARE COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS - BUYER BEWARE

i bought a 95 saturn sl from them two years ago and the head cracked on the car in about three days. i called them and within three days i had the car back with a brand new head. they did not try to jerk me around and i would most certainely go back. also the car has not had any trouble since that day

All these low grade dealers are con men and rip off artist. I went in the place with my bud and the old man tried to bull us about a junk astro van. We left laughing all the way to KIpo who is another rip off but my bud found a astro there. At least he was not bent over as bad as rick and ron would of done. Never buy from any dealer that deals in high mile vehicles. You are better off buying new at year end.

To begin, I too have heard negative reviews about Rick and Ron's, so I was a bit skeptical to buy a car from them. However, I have to say they gave me great service, worked with me on my payments and what I could afford and offered to give me good value for my trade. I bought a 99 Ford Explorer, XLE with only 80k miles for less than 4k and payments of 208.00 monthly. I have never had a problem with the truck at all, including the 4 wheel drive, which is usually trouble with used trucks like mine. I have even been behind on payments and they either called or send a reminder letter. No hassle at all. I called them and explained my situation and they had no problem working with me at all. At one point I was 2 months behind and called them and explained I would be in the next 3 pay periods and catch up. Again, they had no problem at all and were cordial and happy I called. All in all, I am very happy with the service and would not hesitate to buy another car/truck from them.
