This customer was shown frames we have on sale in our store, he rejected all of them. We worked with him for 45 minutes and showed him a total of 6-8 frames all in the $225-300 price range, the lowest priced frames we carry. He was very happy with his selection. He now accuses us of only showing him 2 frames, (which then changed to 7 during my conversation with him) and DEMANDED a refund for his new glasses at the sale price of the $100 frame he didn't like. I offered to cut new lenses for the sale frame and refund the difference, he accepted and then sent threatening emails saying he would post slanderous reviews if he didn't get his way (because he didn't like the sale frame). His bulling and blackmail attempts will not be tolerated. In regards to our website-those frames are not in our store, they are in our warehouse and they would not have been available in the time that he needed for his business trip.

I went to Rims and Googles just trying to find a low cost pair of glasses. Instead of honest assistance, I got duped into spending about $100 extra. I would watch out if you shop here.

I just had to come on here and Thank Stacy for such a terrific job on my glasses. I sat on them by accident and thought they were ruined..! I ran over to Rims & Goggles to see if they could repair them, expecting to pay an arm and a leg for the repair... Stacy asked me to come back in a little bit and when I did... They were like new! She is so skilled and sweet and... they didn't charge me! I ended up purchasing another pair for my boat so this wouldn't happen again and wouldn't go anyplace else for my glasses. Thank you Stacy!

I've been going to another eyeglass store for many years, just because it was close to my home in San Rafael... a friend had the CUTEST pair of glasses on and I asked her where she got them from.. "Rims & Gogggles in Mill Valley!" she exclaimed. I went, and now I have the best pair of glasses I've ever had! I get compliments on them all the time! They were so sweet with me and took so much time, helping me decide between several pair that all looked fantastic (what do you expect, they were straight from Paris) I love them and will never go another place for my eyeglasses again!
