I hope the owner reads these reviews and makes some changes. Liz is the best and so is Shelly! They are fast, friendly and obviously love their job, it shows. If Amber's car is out front we skip it. She is very slow, always on the phone,(while she takes orders and makes the drinks) and rude! She is never wrong and won't admit she's made a mistake. She doesn't make very good drinks but will not change it even if she is asked. She needs to go since others notice it too and it is hurting the business and loosing money. It's too bad because we really like this place always stop when the other two are working. Instead of a feeling of "Let's go to Ritze's!" It's...."Should we go? Who's working today? Forget it we'll do without." Anyway, hate to say all this but we are all hoping that the owner makes some changes. Thank-you. By coffeecraver on March 05, 2009 at 10:49 PM
I agree with the person who said "it's falling apart". I have been going to Ritzes for 10+ years so I have seen a lot of different people come and go. It was pretty steady there for a while but it seems in the last 6 months it has completely changed. I usually look to see who's working before I waste my time and money waiting in line. Liz is great and Tamra & Bo were really good too. I loved Shelly but I haven't seen her in there for a long time. The last few drinks I have bought I have had to literally throw away. I can't throw that kind of money away so I have chosen to take my business elsewhere for now. I truly hope that the owner will figure this out as I know I am not the only one who feels this way. I would love to give Ritzes my business again but not until there is a change. By Anonymous on February 05, 2009 at 06:29 PM
The only reason I give this great place a 4 star is because there have been a few changes in the lineup. Now we case the joint to see whose cars are out front and who is serving in which line. 9 times out of 10 we get great coffee; hot, perfect foam and great taste. It's not that the new girls are bad, they are still learning but their attitude is bad and they seem to care less about how they make your drink. Hopefully that will change soon. The girls we like (Liz is the best!) are very nice and usually know what we want before we even get to the window. (obviously regulars!) The store is very neat and clean, there is a restroom inside and you can order at the counter inside or drive through. I would recommend this coffee shop to all and if there is a line it is definitely worth waiting for. By T on January 27, 2009 at 10:27 PM
ive been a customer of ritzes for at least 5 + years 2 of them years buying coffee 2 times a day there, the service has been great until now, they just got rid of one of there fastest coffee makers in the am hours they had, tamra, you could always count on a cheerfull goodmorning from her and a perfect cup of coffee, its a good thing shelly is still working there, if they take her away, i will never buy coffee there again, its already gotten to where you need to drive buy to see whos working, so you know wheather to stop or not, owner needs to stick with the workers who can actually make a cup of coffee, alot of these workers cant ive thrown away breves that dont taste real well. thanks db By dan on October 24, 2008 at 07:24 PM

This stand is inconveniently located, they don't take credit/debit cards, and the service is slow. Their coffee is fine, but I usually drive on by. By A Thyme for Peace on October 31, 2006 at 10:35 AM
