Every year, I make my annual trip to this area. I usually order multiple loaves to bring home to Florida for my family. We usually cut them in half and freeze but they don't last long enough. Our favorites are the Gorgonzola and the Raisin Nut. The Gorgonzola/Walnut bread makes the best Rueben and toasted cheese sandwiches. The raisin gets toasted for breakfasts. I can find many of our New York favorites in this area but the breads are not replaceable. Can these breads be shipped??? They are wonderful but then all the rolls and cookies are too. Everyone that we share with wants to have more but we must ration them to last. I drive my car to New York now so I can bring more back along with the apples, cheeses, etc. My luggage was searched on one return flight. It was fun explaining why I had all the food in my luggage even though it was checked. I will be begging my friends to overnight your wonderful breads as a Christmas surprise for my children and grandchildren. Thank you

These hard rolls and bagels are the first ones I have found with the proper (NYC) consistency. Hard and crunchy outside and light and airy inside. KUDOS

What a great thing to offer for people with celiac's disease! And they taste good too. Yummy apple bread and good cookies! The apple pie looks great - I can't wait to try it and I'm not even the one who is on the gluten free diet. If you can stomach the gluten try a bear claw - they are to die for!

This bakery/cafe offers all of their products made with the finest, freshest ingredients. No artifical flavoring. The artisans are creative There is nothing they won't do, when requested. Check in frequently for new products freshly baked from the oven! Too bad more people don't utilize the fine talents right in their own town. NYC style in upstate NY. Stop in and give your tastebuds something to smile about!
