Another reviewer stated that there were clumps. Those are absolutely normal! This milk is minimally pasteurized and not homogenized. The homogenization is what causes store-bought milk to not separate. All in the world the clumps are is cream that has separated! It just means that the milk is that much healthier, because it has not been processed as much. By Rebecca Moorehead on October 01, 2011 at 10:06 AM
They sell on Saturday at the W TN Farmers' Market in Jackson, TN, everyone here loves their milk. Wish they could come on other days also. By Nona Brummett on July 06, 2011 at 07:39 AM

Hey everone that was going to Rock Springs Dairy in Wildersville it has been bought by Leory Yoder and has moved about 1 hour north of the old place (Rutherford TN) they do not have a retail store at the dairy but they do have the mild in several local stores around the area like Miller's country Market in Paris Tn, China Grove Store in Rutherford. Now this is not Rutherford county TN it is Rutherford TN located in west TN close to Dresden. By Chris Cotton on January 11, 2010 at 03:05 PM
This was the best milk I have ever drank, but the dairy has closed due to Roger moving up north. It was a sad day when we went to the dairy and there was nothing hardly and I talked to Roger and he said that he was moving and closing... By Chris Cotton on August 24, 2009 at 03:25 PM
I buy Rock Springs at Easy Way stores in Memphis. It tastes similar to the milk that we would get from our family cow when I was growing up. A taste long gone from the ultra pasteurized shelves of the grocery store. Be certain to drink it by the date on the cap because it tends to be spoiled on that date. The whole milk is great for tea and coffee because it has lumps of cream in it. By Janet Eich on January 08, 2009 at 07:25 PM
I bought my first jug of fat free Rock Springs Dairy Milk at the China Grove Market in Union City, TN last week. I was a little skeptical of milk from an "unknown" but paid my bottle deposit (an actual glass bottle) and took the milk home.
The first time my husband and I tasted the richness of fat free milk that isn't over processed, we were hooked. This week I went back to the China Grove store with my empty bottle and purchased two.
Let's keep the plastic jugs out of the landfills, and recycle glass bottles once again. Additionally, let's buy direct from the dairy to support the local farmer, get fresher milk, and help save our precious environment with which God has so graciously blessed us!
