Rocklan Septic Service Inc

Due to their schedule I was not able to do business with Rocklan; however, Rita, the customer service rep, spent over an hour and a half (over the phone) educating me on my specific septic system and troubleshooting my problem. She actually took the time, for free, to research her records of other homes in my community (that they had serviced) to tell my what my system was like. She even went so far as to recommend a local parts company and a competing septic service who could assist. They quote their rates upfront and none of their crew members work on commission. If you live in the Thurston County area call Rocklan first. You will not regret it. In the future I will be having all of my service scheduled through them.
